We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive on behalf of our client, a market leader within the Construction supplies sector. This role is office-based at their Leicester office, with occasional client meetings required.
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's continued growth by prospecting new clients through telesales and online research. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales targets and provide valuable feedback on marketing campaigns to support strategic decision-making.
The main focus of the role will be to grow new business sales within the company’s key sectors in collaboration with the marketing team, build a pipeline of potential new clients through proactive prospecting efforts. manage new business sales lead generation via the CRM system and other platforms, monitor and manage new business KPIs, presenting progress in weekly meetings and where necessary attend customer meetings to build and maintain client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong knowledge of sales and telesales techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication, sales, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Hold a full Driving Licence
The base salary for this role is £28,000 with an uncapped OTE of £32,500 in the first year and £36,500 in the second year.
