The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a highly successful independent telecommunications provider, to assist in their search for a Senior Operations Manager .
The ideal candidate would be experienced in customer and client-facing roles, within a telecoms focused environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with demonstrable experience across both sales and back office operations with emphasis on process and service improvement.
The focus of this role will be managing two small but growing teams in a multi-site environment. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operations function from sales order processing to on-boarding and post implementation support for clients into the business. This will involve some regular UK based travel
This is a key role reporting to the Head of Operations as part of a dynamic team. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the ability to cope in a fast moving environment with varying workload and pressure from both internal and external sources. You will be able to listen and communicate proactively and possess excellent project management, problem solving, decision making and judgement skills. Knowledge of billing systems is important and knowledge of Aurora billing system would be highly advantageous.
