A well-known national charity is seeking a Technology Delivery Analyst to be based at their Burgess Hill and assist the Transformation Partner in the delivery of the strategic vision for technology across the organisation. **Please note this is a 6 month fixed term contract, paying a maximum of £35,000 pro rata.**

The role holder will support the Transformation Partner to ensure the organisation’s Technology is capable and fit for purpose to meet the day to day service needs of the organisation, to enable the trust to realise its’ strategic goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

*Build, configure and deliver new technologies to Services as part of the technology Transformation programme

*Work with suppliers and colleagues and assist in technical transformation projects, contributing to the strategic aims of the department and organisation

*Communicate with all members of the Project Team on a daily basis

*Support the Transition of new technologies to the Service Delivery team

*Ensure all solutions are in accordance with Information Security protocols and procedures

*Proactively communicate upcoming infrastructure changes to management

*Identify opportunities to use emerging technology to increase efficiency and flexibility

*Carry out project administrative tasking including updating raid log, assist with collating project documentation, writing of training/support material

*Create and maintain documentation and ensure that technical and procedural documentation is in place and up-to-date

 

To be suitable for this role you should be/have:

 

*GCSE level C or above in English & Maths

*Industry qualifications (MCSE, A+, MS Office, SharePoint, SQL)

*ITIL Foundation V3 or willing to work towards.

*Willing to work towards a Project Management Prince2 Foundation or equivalent

*Working toward a recognised qualification in customer service

*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems support and administration (Windows 7/10)

*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Support and Admin (inc skype for business & SharePoint)

*Working knowledge of Active Directory knowledge including Group Policy

*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Support and Admin (inc skype for business & SharePoint)

*Working within an ITIL service desk environment (inc incident, problem & change management)

*Working knowledge of Device Management processes including – SCCM and Intune
