A busy, well-established & growing business is looking for a talented IT Support Engineer (1st - 3rd line) to be based in the St Albans area, Hertfordshire (commutable from parts of Buckinghamshire, North London, Essex and Bedfordshire).
The successful candidate will be tasked with providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to approximately 50-80 users across multiple UK sites with only very occasional travel required.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have some experience working in an IT Support Engineer, IT Technician, Technical Systems Manager, Standalone iT Manager, Infrastructure Engineer, Windows Systems Administrator, IT Generalist or similar role. It is essential to have proven experience with a broad range of technologies including Windows 2008R2 - 2019 Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows 7-10, MS Office 2010 - O365 and general networking knowledge, including Firewalls. Any exposure to Photoshop, or a similar tool, such as adding layers, inserting some text and generally tidying up images would be highly desireable, but not essential.
