A well-established company is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join its growing operations team.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable expertise providing 2nd Line Support in the Print or Copy industry with hands on experience with Equitrac, SafeCom, Uniflow or a similar software management tool. Working in a multi-site environment, you will be responsible for providing a proactive support service across Microsoft Windows and Client platforms.
