A large well–established organisation is looking for a Technical Development Manager to lead the established team and the exciting development programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to successfully deliver improvements to the core applications (Dynamics365). Duties will include managing sizeable technical project teams and man managing a small team of developers covering daily tasks, coding standards, as well as appraisals, PDPs and career growth. This will also be a senior technical role including writing coding, leading code reviews and advising on development approach / design patterns.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Lead Dynamics Programmer, Senior Power Platform Developer, Software Development Team Leader, Application Development Manager or similar senior development role. This role would suit a candidate with proven team leading / managerial exposure with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 development (PowerApps, Powerhouse, and Power Automate) as well as C# / .Net, SQL. The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge of Azure functions and SharePoint, although these are not essential.

This Technical Development Manager role is paying a basic salary up to £72,000 plus benefits including strong benefits.
