A large well–established organisation is looking for a Technical Development Manager to lead the established development team. This is a hybrid role working approximately 2 days per week from their London office.
Reporting into the Business Applications Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to successfully deliver improvements to the core applications. Duties will include managing sizeable technical project teams and man managing 5 Developers covering daily tasks, coding standards, as well as appraisals, PDPs and career growth. This will also be a technically hands-on role including writing coding, leading code reviews and advising on development approach / design patterns.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Lead C# Programmer, Senior .Net Developer, Software Development Team Leader, Application Development Manager or similar senior development role. This role would suit a candidate with some team leading / managerial exposure with in-depth knowledge of C# / .Net, SQL as well as PowerApps, Powerhouse, and Power Automate (Dynamics365). The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge of Azure functions and SharePoint, although these are not essential.
