A global technology company working in a progressive and rapidly evolving market is looking for a proven Senior Technical Account Manager due to growth. This is a largely remote role with some travel to sites throughout the UK as required.
This is a multi-faceted client-facing role that involves working closely with large key clients to manage all aspects of their onboarding and integration process by developing excellent strategic relationships and discussing all technical aspects of their requirements. Duties will include understanding and mapping client’s functional or business requirements, preparing detailed responses to RFP’s and RFI’s outlining full scope projects, identifying problematic areas and providing suggestions to close gaps, as well as overseeing reporting requirements are in place for strategic accounts.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience in a Senior Technical Account Manager, Account Director, Pre-sales/ Post-sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Commercial Manager, Client Delivery Professional or similar role, with the ability to deliver first-class product experience to business strategic clients, ideally within the financial services idustry. It is essential to have detailed knowledge of identity / ID verification, KYC, AML, and fraud prevention within the financial services sector.
The Senior Technical Account Manager role is paying up to £85,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
