A specialist software company that has seen substantial growth in the last twelve months is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join its team based in Croydon, South London. The successful candidate will have a background in a software environment, and be a confident communicator that is able to own relationships with their nationwide client base. You will be the first point of contact for technical queries and be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with their key accounts.
Working alongside the Sales and Marketing Director you will support sales activities, manage orders, quotes and maintain customer records. You will have the opportunity to travel to client sites and be involved in running training sessions for new users as well as assisting with sales and marketing presentations when required.
This is a versatile role in a growing business that has visibility with senior management. You will be involved in project work including the implementation of a new ticketing system and work closely with their development team to assist with technical troubleshooting and proposing bug fixes, tweaks and new features to their bespoke software platform.
