A global household name is looking for a personable Administrator to join its team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a truly inclusive organisation, applications are welcome from candidates based internationally who can relocate to London.      
 
In this interesting and varied role, you will provide administrative support to a high profile team and will be involved in scheduling and organising global events. You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties from email correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements to collating monthly management reports and preparing PowerPoint presentations. You will also liaise with internal teams and international partners, so a warm demeanour and great interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.

It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). The successful candidates will be discrete, highly organised, empathetic, and kind ambassadors for the culture and values of the organisation.  
 
You will be passionate about providing exceptional support and service to all stakeholders and will embrace innovation and process improvement. Your role will be focused on helping to deliver an end-to-end user journey that ensures an outstanding experience and high level of engagement.
