Ashdown Group are working with a leading provider of training and support services to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Team Administrator for their offices in Plymouth. The successful candidate will ideally come from a client focused role, have exceptional Customer Service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This will be a busy varied role and the key responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, responding to the online chat function and dealing with incoming emails. As well as covering front of house you will ensure that all client requests are processed within agreed timescales you will be typing and formatting documents and correspondence and other administrative duties
Key skills required include:
- Strong call handling and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads, use initiative and work to a high level of accuracy
- Have a strong team ethos and be able to work effectively with others
- Excellent oral and written language skills
- Work in compliance with all regulatory requirements eg GDPR and information security.
- Strong ICT skills including MS Office
- Salesforce experience - desirable
