Talent Acquisition Specialist - London/ Hybrid working - up to £40,000 + performance bonus
The Ashdown Group have been engaged by an extremely successful organisation to bring in-house a talented and driven recruitment specialist with excellent recruitment knowledge.
Joining the already established HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing professionals, across all sectors, to fill roles throughout the business, using your knowledge and experience of recruitment to procure the very best talent. Additionally you will liaise with external agencies and third party partners.
You will have experience of using job boards, social media and other recruitment tools, and have experienced gained in multiple recruitment disciplines. You will deliver a complete recruitment service to the business, screening applicants ensuring the managers only see the best ones, demonstrating good market knowledge of salaries and job specs.
Another part of the role will be to offer advice and coaching to the hiring managers in interview techniques and advising them on the different recruitment and assessment processes as well as managing all applications via the ATS and providing management with KPI reporting.
The right candidate will have demonstrable success in recruitment, gained either in-house or from agency with some RPO experience.
