Responsible for managing the sustainability assessments through the whole project lifecycle from pre-assessment to certification for a leading engineering consultancy.
Ideally a BREAAM Accredited Professional, you must have a minimum of one BREAAM licence to deliver assessments, preferably in the new construction commercial (office, retail and industrial) and non-domestic refurbishments and fit-out categories.
You will work closely with the project managers, design and construction teams and the head of sustainability and have previous experience working on projects, supporting wider teams.
You should be commercially aware and able to cost the sustainability aspects of projects and tenders and have a good understanding of planning legislation in the Greater London Area.
