A leading software house based in Farnborough, Hampshire are looking for a motivated Support Analyst to join their team. This position will be responsible for handling faults and requests for the companies various products and platforms and escalating where necessary. The Software Support Analyst will be responsible for writing software reports and also have an understanding of Cloud technologies delivered as SaaS.
This position comes about at a time of rapid growth as the company deliver their next generation of cloud based software packages.
- Liaising with the software engineering team for resolution of issues.
- Efficient recording of defects.
- Creation and amendment of software reports.
- Monitor and debug performance and usage metrics.
- Execution of scripts in SQL.
- SQL scripting capabilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous exposure to cloud based products (Azure).
