Working within the growing IT team in this multinational organisation, you will play a key and pivotal role as the main point for Cloud based technical issues, with involvement in the ongoing monitoring of cloud deployments.
To be suitable for this role of you must have demonstrable experience of providing support in a Microsoft Azure environment. You will have a high level of customer service and be comfortable supporting Windows server infrastructure (2012/2016), Windows operating systems 7/10, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
