A leading managed services provider based within the legal industry is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and capable Support Analyst to join their ever-growing team based in central London.
Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will provide end-user support for clients both onsite and remotely, assist in the support of SaaS platforms, travel to various client sites across London, and support, manage and upgrade IT systems where necessary.
As the IT team is small, the experience and knowledge you will receive here will be invaluable as you closely work alongside senior colleagues with a lot of proven experience.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have worked within an IT Support capacity previously for a minimum of 1-2 years, have worked in and supported a Windows environment, be MS365 proficient with proven experience of working with its associated applications, and have some basic networking skills with LAN/WAN.
