A highly successful, multinational trading company is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team to assist with technical support and administration of IT systems, market data, and communications.
Within this position, you will provide high quality and responsive customer-facing 1st and 2nd line support - both remote and face-to-face. You will carry out hardware and software support, resolve service desk incidents and ensure that the ticketing system is fully updated. Personal confidence is required as this role is a standalone user support position within a global team. You will also support an in-house CRM system and other bespoke applications. In order to be considered for this position, you must have experience with the following:
- Proven 1st/2nd line support experience
- Windows 7/10, Windows Server & Office 365
- Virtualisation (VMWare or Hyper-V)
- Active Directory
- Mobile and Tablet support and deployment
