Supply Chain Coordinator – NW London
A Highly successful, household name brand are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their growing Supply Chain team.
Key responsibilities of this Supply Chain Coordinator role will include:
Ensure that UK major customer service and OTIF levels are achieved and maintained through the timely receipt of finished product- attend monthly B2C teams meetings
Send weekly OS reports to all major retailers.
Alert planners to any low stocks /future promotions
Liaise with the in-house Production, Supply and National Accounts department to ensure efficient communication will all customers
Allocate and release customer orders and book in deliveries
Arrange transport for deliveries, working alongside the warehouse team
Report any shortages to the customer, supply and national account managers in a timely fashion
Support the Supply Chain team with any other admin duties
Produce stock report on a weekly basis
To be suitable your MUST have:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B customer facing role
Experience in a Demand/ Supply Chain/Logistics role
Good knowledge and experience using excel
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
General logistics/administration skills
The salary on offer for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
