An established and growing business is looking for a bright and driven HR Generalist to be based in the Hayes area, West London (mostly office-based).
Reporting directly into the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be tasked with reviewing, improving and delivering the full HR function for approximately 275 staff, and beyond in line with growth plans. This is a hands-on & strategic role with duties that will include overseeing all daily HR operational activities, advising managers on key ER issues / HR best practice, improving the current HR function, implementing new ideas, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing the recruitment process to attract the best talent.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a CIPD qualified hands-on professional with proven HR Generalist experience in a medium-sized business. It is essential to have good knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice as well as some exposure to HR projects. Any experience in a standalone HR role or within an engineering / construction business would be highly desirable, but is not essential.
This standalone HR Manager role represents an opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join a growing business with excellent career prospects. This role is paying approximately £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
