The Ashdown Group has been commissioned by The Royal Foundation and The Earthshot Prize to identify a personable Stakeholder Engagement &Experience Coordinator to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Earthshot Prize is a not-for-profit start-up that currently sits within The Royal Foundation but will spin out to become an affiliated independent organisation in 2022.
The Earthshot Prize is the most prestigious global environment prize in history, designed to incentivise change and help repair our planet over the next ten years. The Prize aims to turn the current pessimism surrounding environmental issues into optimism by highlighting the ability of human ingenuity to bring about change and inspire collective action.
In order to deliver this audacious vision, The Earthshot Prize (TEP) is now seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to ensure that all nominees and nominators are fully engaged and communicated with effectively. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Stakeholder Engagement & Experience you will assist in implementing strategies designed to ensure the search process is user-centered and delivers a great experience. You will support the Senior Manager in delivering programs to connect and engage nominees and nominators, supporting an ecosystem aimed at sharing knowledge, leveraging support, and celebrating successes.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be an exceptional communicator with previous experience of coordinating projects. You will be passionate about providing exceptional support and service to all stakeholders and will embrace innovation and process improvement. Your role will be focused on helping to deliver an end-to-end user journey that ensures an outstanding experience and high level of engagement.
You will use the CRM system to communicate with stakeholders, building up a network of corporate, institutional & academic partners, and will constantly look for ways to refine and improve the experience for all nominees. You will be expected to exemplify the values of transparency, collaboration, inclusion, curiosity, and kindness.
