Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive

A growing professional services business is looking for a creative and driven Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive to be a key member of the expanding marketing team. The key focus for this role will be to grow social media audiences, develop and execute strategy, and produce engaging content that aligns with brand goals across the group structure. This is an office-based role, located in Central London, with the potential to work 1 day per week from home after probation.
 
Duties will include:
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute effective social media strategies to grow audience engagement and brand awareness across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging, on-brand content (graphics, copy, video) tailored for each platform.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics using platform analytics and third-party tools; provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support wider campaigns, ensuring social media plays an integral role in delivery.
  • Competitor & Trend Analysis: Monitor social trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent visual and tone-of-voice branding across all digital touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with international teams (Dubai and U.S.) to align messaging and share best practices.
  • Event Promotion: Support the promotion of company events and seminars through social media campaigns and live coverage.
  • Video & Media Production: Work with internal and external teams to ideate, storyboard, and publish social-first video content.
 
In order to be suitable for this requirement you must have a strong (2.1 or first class) business, marketing or another relevant degree / industry relevant qualification (CIM) and commercial B2B social media or digital marketing experience with exposure to various marketing channels. Strong communication, writing and organisational skills are also required. Any experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), analytics platforms, & visual content tools (e.g., Canva) as well as comfortable with short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, etc.).
 
This Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive role would suit a motivated professional that is passionate about building a digital marketing career. This role is paying up to £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension, 20 days annual leave plus Christmas, and excellent career prospects with significant growth planned.
