Great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Manager to join a successful cloud based MSP for a 3 month + contract in Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate will come from an MSP or consultancy background and have experience managing large teams of 20 plus.
- Overseeing all the requests, incidents and problems, managing and coordinating the urgent and complicated customer issues, taking ownership of the end to end service desk processes.
- Leading a great, high performing team, managing capacity and rota's, distributing workload etc.
- Creating reports on SLA's, analysing performance, driving for continuous improvement and increased efficacy.
Should be confident in an ITIL environment and experience of supporting cloud technologies. M365 or Azure Fundamentals would be desirable, but not essential to securing the role.
This contract offers £300 - £350 p/d depending on experience, and runs for 3 months initially.
