A large global business is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to be based from its offices in Chiswick, West London.
This role will involve providing 1st line IT support to a large user base covering technologies such as Office 365, Citrix, Windows OS, Active Directory, application support and hardware troubleshooting. You will be required to provide support via email, phone and in person. There may be a requirement to travel to other sites in West London when required. Additional duties will include supporting with IT procurement and IT project work. This role will cover an 8.30am to 4.30pm shift in Chiswick.
This IT Service Desk Analyst role is paying a starting salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits.
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience in providing 1st line support within a Microsoft environment along with exposure to:
- Windows operating systems
- O365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- PC hardware set up
- Active Directory
- Citrix and bespoke application support would be an advantage but it is not essential
