Service Desk Analyst

An award winning professional services company based near Waterloo is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst

The successful candidate will provide user facing and remote support to circa 350 employees in a 1st/2nd line capacity. You will play a key role in the maintenance, ongoing support and enhancement of the organisation's IT department. You must be hands-on, proactive and a natural problem solver.

Working within a technologically advanced IT department, you will support desktop and cloud based applications. You will have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a similar capacity, supporting users with 1st and 2nd line issues. You should have a methodical and logical approach and have proven experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and basic Windows server administration.
