Service Desk Analyst – Central London
A rapidly growing MSP based in Central London (Charring Cross) are looking for a bright and motivated IT graduate to join their Service Desk team.
Specialising in cloud communications, and supporting clients across London you will provide a first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving customer system issues including software, hardware and network problems (1st and 2nd line support).
The ideal candidate will have gained 12-18 month experience in a similar Service Desk Analyst role, will have a good understanding of ticket management and an understanding of networking principles.
To be suitable, you will have the following relevant experience:
Experience in a MSP or internal IT Service Desk environment
A proven working knowledge and experience of network technologies and principles such as VLANS, VPN’s and firewalls
Good understanding of IT networks including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Exposure WLAN deployment design and troubleshooting
Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative both on your own and as part of a team – must be confident to question.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £25,000 plus benefits.
