A well established, market-leading, resource management company, are now seeking a Service Desk / Project Support Engineer, who wants the opportunity to progress their career and break into IT Project Management.
Reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate will be part of a team supporting the IT Project Manager and approximately 180 users with IT support.
The primary responsibility will be to provide general IT support to the business and assist with several exciting key projects!
To be considered for this role you must have knowledge of;
-Microsoft Office 365
-Windows Server 2016
-Network communications LAN / WAN / TCP IP
Although not essential, qualifications with Microsoft would be considered highly advantageous.
The right candidate should have good all-round general IT support experience and be able to interface well within the business.
