A well-established Managed Services Provider is looking for a capable Service Delivery Manager to coordinate a busy service desk in London Bridge. The business encourages flexibility, so you are able to work from home up to 2 days per week. Please note, there will be an expectation for some out of hours responsibility.

Reporting directly into the Head of Service and working closely with the Service Desk Manager, you will oversee a large team of engineers and team leaders to manage a key stakeholder relationship. You will take ownership of the service delivery relationship with a critical client in accordance with agreed service levels across the customer base. You will also be responsible for the delivery of IT Infrastructure operations through Point of Sale and New Site Openings. Ensuring that service delivery processes are efficient, you will monitor service delivery performance to promote continuous improvement

In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a commercially astute Service Delivery Manager with demonstrable experience of ITIL best practice with an appreciation of the Microsoft Technology Stack. The successful candidate must possess an excellent communication style to drive a culture of continuous improvement and delighting customers. Familiarity and proficiency with the full Windows stack is a prerequisite for this position. Any experience of managing client relationships within the hospitality industry will be advantageous to your application but by no means necessary.
