This role will see you provide an effective end to end service delivery of services through day to day collaboration with the IT and Product teams, managing and providing high quality operational and technical application and systems support to customers and internal business functions and owning incident, problem, release and change management for projects.
You will be responsible for development and implementation of documented process and procedures, ensuring live issues are followed up and fixed within SLA's and preparing service review reports - designing metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators and trend analysis.
Working with DevOps enabled cross function teams, producing DevOps and Service Management metrics and reports, assisting teams with Problem management and retrospectives, change and release management and the transition to live, preparing training relating to Problem Management and providing advice on emerging trends and issues affecting Service Delivery.

To secure this role you must be experienced at working in a Service Delivery capacity with sound knowledge of ITIL, Agile and DevOps. You will have extensive experience of service management and application production support with proven knowledge of service recovery, incident and problem management.
Starting salary for this role is £50,000 plus bonus and fantastic benefits.
