An established organisation is looking for a proven Service Delivery Manager to oversee two key areas. The role will be mostly remote, however there will be a need to travel into the Leeds office on occasion.
The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a small team (providing support, guidance, training and mentoring), running and delivering projects and as well as briefing, & challenging where necessary, senior leadership on service level management.
You must have proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Data Manager or similar service level management focussed role. It is essential to have a track record in delivering various process projects as well as strong negotiation skills and the ability make consultative suggestions. The ideal candidate will also have a relevant qualification, exposure to data / informatics as well as some experience in the NHS / health care sector.
