A highly respected IT MSP in Bedfordshire has engaged with the Ashdown Group to recruit a Service Delivery Manager.
The purpose of this role will be to ensure services provided by the company are aligned with client contracts, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met.
You will be responsible for:
End to end operational delivery and monitoring of services to clients
Service reviews and managing service improvements
Change Management and major incident activities
Business relationship and communications
To be successful in this role it is envisaged you will have worked for a managed service provider. You must have expertise in change and problem management and consider yourself collaborative in approach.
It is essential that you are ITIL qualified and will be a SME in ITIL service management. Project management skills are required, ideally you will be formally qualified and any knowledge of Cloud Solutions and services would be advantageous. Likewise, coming from a technical background and being confident talking to IT professionals around the technical environment and solutions they have in place, would be advantageous.

Basic salary up to £50,000 plus good benefits and regular salary appraisals.
