A leading hosting services and MSP is seeking an experienced Client Facing Service Delivery Manager on an initial 6 month contract, paying up to £300/d, to work across a number of their clients.
As the primary point of contact for external clients, the incumbent will be tasked with ensuring that the scope of service is effectively delivered, with efficient use of resources and budget. This has to be done in accordance with ITIL aligned processes and procedures.
The Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the delivery of core technical services to the agreed SLAs and must meet all agreed KPIs. As part of the engagement process with SME clients, or at the renewal of terms, the SDM will assist with strategy and planning of deliverables.
To be suitable for this position you must have held a role that focuses on service architecture, including the accurate estimation of service and task pricing, and the definition of SLAs and KPIs. Your repertoire must include service delivery management using ITIL aligned processes and procedures. It is preferred that you have previously worked at a MSP, delivering to financial service or professional service clients.
It is also desirable that you have experience of supplier management and people management.
This role will involve occasional travel to client sites, usually with London and the southeast (under two hours travel time).
