Service Delivery Manager – Software – Kingston, Hybrid Working
A highly successful software house based in Kingston, Surrey are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager of Software Development Manager to join their team. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you will ensure the software services and products are always suited for their purpose and efficiencies. Please note- hybrid working is offered – you will be required to work on site in Kingston, Surrey for two days per week.
As the Software Development Manager you will analyse project requirements and translate them into specifications, designs and programming deliverables alongside the Business Analysts. You will enhance and productise tools and prototypes to have them useable by our customers and product partners and will assist in designing, documenting and implementing enhanced capabilities across our product and service suites. You will work with others on the engineering teams to lead and conform to the software development lifecycle and change management procedures as well as building and operating to agreed service levels.
The ideal candidate will have strong overall experience building and maintaining services, from requirements definition to routine operation of applications and large scale systems. You will have experience leading projects using sound project management methodology and experience working with software engineers, senior management and users to enhance existing applications and build additional applications and functionality. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience managing teams.
