The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a leading organisation to assist in their recruitment of a Senior Marketing Analyst.
The purpose of the role is to help the business identify problems and opportunities through data analysis, drive improvements in how insights are presented and evaluated and provide information on marketing campaign performance to drive campaign efficiency and growth. Additionally you will provide analytical support for the marketing team and develop automated reporting solutions to give stakeholders access to the data that they need in an efficient and scalable manner.
To be successful in this role you will need experience working in an insight role applying analytical tools to data to solve business problems. You'll be an expert user of a range of applications including Excel and SQL and familiar with programming languages like Python and R are a nice to have. Experience in using BI tools such as PowerBI and Cognos would be an advantage.
You'll need to be an excellent communicator work well as part of a team and be an organised individual with strong skills in managing projects, deadlines and expectations.
