A successful international financial services firm, on a upwards trajectory, is now seeking an engaging and passionate Senior IT Trainer and Implementation Analyst, to join a high performing IT team and assist the business through their next phase of growth.
Acting as an intrinsic part of the IT team, you will work closely with the Head of IT to help partner the business with establishing new technology requirements and supporting them through the implementation process, from start to finish. In addition to being involved in the requirement gathering process, this role will also involve delivering engaging user training sessions to groups and via one to one sessions, creating training materials and content.
With a myriad of impressive projects in the pipeline, it is imperative that you have impeccable stakeholder management skills as the successful candidate will attend meetings to discuss business requirements, analysis and provide commentary from a training perspective.
This all-encompassing role will require a well-rounded approach, managing user training for new IT systems and any additional training supporting as required for the IT department.
To secure this role, you will be an esteemed IT Trainer who is passionate about technology and who has demonstrable training experience combined with a technical background.
Finally, the role will require travel to their central London office a couple of days a week and will be expensed by the business.
