A well-established financial organisation is looking for a customer aware problem solver to join its team .
This is an urgent position and would need the successful candidate to start in September, so please only apply if you are available on no more than a 4 week notice period.
In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have proven experience gained in an enterprise environment and must have excellent knowledge of O365, Windows 2008/2012, Active Directory, Exchange, SAN and Backup technology. You must be comfortable providing deskside and remote support. It would be a distinct advantage if you also had knowledge of VM infrastructure using vSphere
The successful candidate will provide 2nd line technical support for all user issues covering both software and hardware technologies and must therefore be an excellent communicator with a broad range of technical experience. In addition to your Windows skills, you will be expected to have exposure to Cisco , VMware, BES server and video conferencing. Further, any experience of supporting Bloomberg or other financial services or applications would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
