A creative city-based business are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their internal team.
You will support the core technology platforms within the business, managing; on site hardware, cloud platforms and networks. You will also be an escalation point for the wider support team.
The company is a global business and you will based in their London office but also offer remote support to additional European locations. The IT environment is a mix of Windows and Mac.
Previous experience with most of the following is essential; Windows 10, Mac, Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Active Directory / Group Policy, Dell hardware, Azure, Office 365, AWS and networking.
