This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a well-established IT MSP in a senior capacity on their 3rd line IT service desk providing telephone & remote support to a wide variety of SME customers.
To be considered for this position you will have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for user support. You will be highly competent with the usual Microsoft stack of technologies and be keen to undertake formal MCSE training that will be provided to you.
