Senior HR Business Partner – Hybrid - Newcastle - £65,000
A rapidly growing, global business are looking for an ambitious, driven HR Generalist or HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into the COO, this role will lead a small but dedicated HR team as you set the HR strategy and deliver an effective, personable HR service to the business. This is a dynamic, diverse and forward thinking organisation and would suit someone flexible with strong relationship building skill to drive the business forward.
Please note – hybrid working is offered – you would be required to do one day per week in the Newcastle office, the rest at home.
As the Senior HR BP you will be responsible for developing and implementing a fit for purpose HR strategy that encompasses all elements of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, talent development, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing and employee engagement. You will need to be strategic and operational as you lead a small team to implement an engaging and effective HR programme.
The ideal candidate will be a progressive thinker, creative and enjoy working with people. You will have a real passion for HR and will be keen to deliver a robust HR service for the business. You will be CIPD qualified with an up to date with UK employment law. This organisation does have teams in Europe and the US so any international exposure would be beneficial but not essential.
The salary on offer for this role is £65,000 plus bonus.
