A highly successful, global organisation based in the City of London are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor to be part of a European HR team and provide a full generalist HR service, including induction, recruitment, L&D, performance, international assignments, ER matters as well as projects.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven UK & European HR Generalist experience in a large, global business (ideally group structure) with expert knowledge of a wide range of ER matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, capability process, PIPs, exit interviews, as well as exposure to recruitment and projects. It essential to be CIPD qualified, or at least working towards it, with in-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and HR systems is also required. The successful candidate must also be flexible to travel, outside COVID.
This European HR Business Partner role is paying a maximum basic salary of £58,000 plus benefits.
