An international marketing business in the heart of Soho are looking for a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager to join them for a 2 month period, to cover a busy period.
Working as part of a high performing team, supporting the UK offices, but also providing some support to the international offices and their local HR representatives, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team, Internal Recruiter and HR Administrator to help support the extensive growth the business is experiencing.
Responsibilities will include:
Working with the in-house recruiter to support the recruitment process which includes some recruitment administration and general support of the recruitment process, liaising with agencies and hiring managers.
Providing advice and guidance to managers on a variety of ER issues such as absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, appraisals, maternity etc.
Support the new joiner induction process and associated administration
Support with processing and on boarding freelancers
Providing some initial assistance with monthly payroll processing and administer benefit reminders until the HR administrator is up to speed
Working with the SLT on any ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
To secure the contract you should:
Have experience gained in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager role
Have worked within an international business, ideally within marketing, media, advertising, digital industries
Demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Be adept at using MS Office applications and have used HR systems previously
Be someone who thrives in a fast paced, creative and dynamic environment.
This contract is for 2-3 months initially, with further extensions or permanent role possible for the right individual. The daily rate is £150 - £160 p/d, including holiday, depending on the experience you bring to the role. This is an IMMEDIATE START contract.
