A highly successful events management company that works with businesses in the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100, is seeking a creative, personable, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their growing team based in central London, with operations that are based in Europe, the U.S., and APAC regions. This role will be based predominantly onsite, with one day a week working from home.
In this stand-alone HR role, you will cover all areas relating to Employee Relations, such as grievances, disciplinaries, reviews, performance management, sickness, and more.
Additionally, you will be heavily involved in the recruitment lifecycle; onboarding processes; updating and streamlining roles and their responsibilities; organisational charts; developing policies and processes, as well as having a responsibility to help upskill line managers where necessary.
To be considered you must have proven HR Advisor experience, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be computer literate!
