Senior HR Advisor

A highly successful, global business are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.  This role would suit a part or fully CIPD qualified HR Generalist.
As the Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive HR support to a global client group (circa 200 employees).  This role will give you the opportunity to be involved in both BAU transactional HR activity but also strategic project work.  In addition, this role will support the planning and delivery of Learning and Development initiatives to build core capability and to help achieve the wider company strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing customer focused support and guidance to managers and their teams on people focused matters – building effective relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
Manage ER issues including sickness, absence, disciplinary and grievance process, restructuring, redundancies
Performance management – support the performance management cycle which include probation, appraisals, objective setting
Coach and support managers to drive a high performance culture 
Learning and Development – provide guidance on development for managers and their teams; promoting career development
Training; support the design and delivery of training initiatives
Recruitment and retention
Policy and procedures
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a full range of duties across the HR function within a medium sized business.  Exposure to HR change projects would also be beneficial.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 plus 10% bonus.
