Facilities Manager - Central London - £75,000
A highly successful business with 50+ sites across the UK are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager or Facilities Management professional to join their team. Working closely alongside the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of facilities management services across the organisation. You will lead on the strategic management of all functions to ensure optimum service standards are delivered. This would suit a personable, highly organised and passionate Facilities Manager who wants to make an impact. This role is based predominantly in Central London – near Mayfair, but travel may be required.
As the Facilities Management Lead, you will effectively manage the quality and compliance of FM services across all sites. You will design and develop strategic programmes for the FM department with a real focus on environment and sustainability as well as continuous improvement. You will develop and update policies and procedures that will deliver services in line with contractual and statutory requirements and will manage all facilities contracts. In addition, you will take ownership of the key suppliers list and work to support, motivate and mentor the FM team as a whole.
