An opening is available for an experienced and professional Senior level Executive Assistant to join a busy professional services firm for a 3 month Fixed Term Contract with the chance of extension. This role will provide full administrative and secretarial support to a Senior Board member to ensure the smooth management of their day to day duties.
This is a hybrid role offering working from home and the office.
Responsibilities:
Management of diaries and other administrative duties for the company CEO.
Processing correspondence, ensuring incoming correspondence is dealt with on the board members behalf.
Proofreading documents, drafting letters and emails.
Screening calls, enquiries and requests, dealing with them appropriately.
Support and organisation of meetings and meeting notes.
Arranging domestic and international travel.
Skills:
Previous experience within a senior level Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant position.
Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication and literacy skills
