A well-established global bank is looking for an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join its growing team. Please note this is an office-based position that will require you on-site 5 days per week based in Central London.
Within this position, you will be responsible for the assessment and approval of all applications submitted to the Risk Management Department and will have a particular focus on residential mortgages. You will ensure all potential risk areas are identified, addressed, and make an informed credit opinion within a timely manner. You will assist with monthly and quarterly reporting of impaired credits, monthly residential mortgage arrears meetings, and provide advice on all credit-related matters.
In order to be suitable for this position, you will have extensive experience working within credit risk within a financial services/banking organisation and hold strong knowledge of UK property markets paired with experience of regulated and unregulated mortgages. You will have previous experience with the development of credit risk guidelines and processes and ensuring all transactions are compliant with policy and procedures.
