Lead Business Analyst / Product Manager - Insurance Claims
- Outside IR35 Contract
- Remote/Hybrid with 1-2 days in the London office
A leading global insurance company are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support their global modernisation programme. This will be a 6-12 month contract with a focus on leading a team of BA's covering claims system lifecycle, process flow and payments/vendors:
- Defining and implementing claims strategic vision and delivery
- Work with claims leadership and senior stakeholders to understand needs/requirements and translate these into deliverables
- Coordinate work of BA's
- Synchronise backlogs across value stream
- Work with developers on acceptance of product features
- Monitor and follow product roadmap
To be considered suitable for this Lead BA role you will need the following experience:
- Agile BA experience within the insurance sector (ideally with a good knowledge of claims or payments)
- Experience of managing/leading teams
- Understanding of Agile and SDLC
- Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers/vendors
