A large internationally recognised business is looking for an experienced technology leader to supervise a small team of technical support and application support specialists. The role will involve managing SLAs, liaising with third-party suppliers as well as providing first and second line systems support for the warehouse systems and associated hardware. The role will be based in North Glasgow.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in an IT Manager, IT Support Team Leader, Senior IT Support Technician, Lead Desktop Support Analyst, Senior Application Support Engineer or similar senior technical support role. It is essential to have a strong technical background as well as proven experience managing a team. While full systems training will be provided, any experience supporting warehouse systems will be considered highly beneficial but is not essential.
This is a pivotal role in a large constantly evolving business - they have plenty of planned enterprise-level projects.
