A fast growing and boutique financial practice, going through exponential growth are now seeking an ambitious Senior Accountant to join the team.
You will play an integral role within the business, overseeing two other members of staff, assisting them with statutory financial statements, management accounts, bank reconciliations and purchase/sale/general ledger entries.
In addition you will be liaising with the business partners including banks, brokers and attending conferences.
This is an amazing opportunity if you wish to progress and play a vital role within the company. It will give you the opportunity to work very closely with co-founders on pitching and development as well discussing ideas to expand the services within other markets.
To be suitable for this position you must:
- Be ACCA/ACA qualified
- Possess knowledge of the accounting software Xero
- Have awareness of FRS 102 / IFRS and able to apply these to situations
Although not essential, an accounting practice background would be considered highly advantageous as would accounting for traders, cryptocurrency, FX and gaming businesses.
