Secretary – Reading
A highly successful Law firm based in Reading are looking for an experienced Secretary or Administrator to join their team.
Joining a team of three Legal Secretaries you will work in a wider team to support two Partners and multiple Senior Associate Solicitors.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Legal Secretary or a strong administration backgorund.
To be suitable you must possess the following skills/experience:
Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and effective time management
Key responsibilities will include:
Administrative duties including but not limited to:-
Filing
Some typing from digital dictation
File closures
Setting up records & documents folders
Document enclosures for outsourced typing
Sorting post
Fee notes
Collating documents
Generating bills
Opening files
