An highly successful, international insights and data analysis business is searching for a Scope Manager to lead their technical expert team.
Acting as a Requirements Manager and leading a group of talented Business Analysts, you will help to define objectives and push forward a range of IT related projects, working closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Architects, Developers, Infrastructure specialists and BAs to ensure that work remains focused on delivering IT applications and solutions which meets the organisations future operational and financial goals.
You will gather requirements and users stories to build an in-depth understanding of the technology landscape through discussions with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Knowledge of the following is required:

Business Analysis experience of information systems

Team leadership and people management

Knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL or Informix

Experience of JIRA
-
Data flow and contract analysis

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deliver effective user journeys and requirements

Ideally knowledge of ITIL
Whilst not essential, knowledge of any additional European languages would be highly beneficial.

This is a permanent position offering up to £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
